I just completed a closing with 911cashbuyers.com. Mike and his team were all very professional to deal with. All meetings were held on time and as planned. I was a bit leery at first but Mike provided me with sufficient information to allay my concerns.

Michael from 911CashBuyers is the real deal! He is honest, very thorough and timely with all documents, and his follow through was as promised. I could not sell the traditional method because this was rental property that was rented for 15 years to the same excellent tenant. Lease was expiring Aug 31, 2015 and it was just time to sell. I’m a single mom needed the cash flow and also could not afford upcoming expenses on the property. I kept all the 19 different broker mailers I always get saying I want to buy your “Miller house” so I started calling. My third and last call was to the yellow cardboard mailer. Left VM and call returned in 10 minutes. He followed thru and emailed the next day all financial’s, property evaluation, business background, title company, etc. He nailed it with the property evaluation because a few years prior Remax company did proposal and I knew where price needed to be. We confirmed viewing for the next day and offer was accepted then. I received the contract the following morning. Everything just as agreed and also outlined on his mailer..He pays everything at closing! The process went quickly, he would always text and keep me updated and closed in 4 weeks on Aug. 26. Just as he promised, there was no expense on my side and wire transfer was in my account the same day as closing. During this process, I gave him a key and full access to the Miller property so he could get his team business handled with no delays. I called the Title company 2 weeks in and introduced myself and asked what was needed from me. I was told just the Payoff quote from my mortgage company..and at closing just bring yourself and drivers license. Michael and his entire team of professionals are the real deal!

I met Michael from 911CashBuyers in late June, we discussed and we agreed to a fair price “as is” for my home based on what comparable houses are selling for. We closed less than one month later at the agreed price.
